Nature is Good for Kids

Research at the University of Illinois shows that when children with Attention Deficient Disorder (ADD) play outdoors where it is green, their ability to concentrate and pay attention improves. Go Out and Play discusses the benefits of contact with nature for children with ADD. It is undoubtedly good for all of us to disconnect from our electronic gadgets and get outside where it's green.
